The original article remains in the public domain and should usually be indexed in the next Erratum or Retraction. In exceptional cases where the contents of the article are not correctable, we may have to remove the contents from our website and archive sites. It may be necessary for the original author (s) to comment on the published article, make minor corrections to the published articles. It will only be acceptable if the corrections do not affect the results or conclusion of the article.
• Erratum

• In this journal, every effort is made to make all final decisions based on the accurate opinions of the reviewers and the editors of the journal, so the editors of the journal usually rarely change their main decisions.
• However, if an author has a complaint about the final decision of the journal and thinks that there is a case for reconsideration, they should follow the steps below:
1. Provide logical, reasoned and acceptable reasons to the journal office that the reviewers have made a mistake in the evaluation.

Potential Research Misconduct

All the cases presented in this section are examples of research misconduct and will be dealt with by the Journal of Stylistics and Analysis of Persian Poetry and Prose.
• Data fabrication and falsification
Data fabrication means that the researcher has conducted the experiment, but has manipulated, changed, or deleted the data or the results and findings of the research.

• Redundant publication
Redundant publication occurs when two or more articles, without proper cross-referencing, share essentially the same hypotheses, data, discussion points, and conclusions.

• Citation manipulation
Citation manipulation is the inclusion of excessive citations in a submitted manuscript that do not contribute to the scientific content of the article and are solely for increasing the citation of an author or articles published in a specific journal. This is a type of scientific misconduct.

• Simultaneous submission
Simultaneous submission occurs when a copy (or significant parts of a copy) of a manuscript is submitted to a journal that is already under review by another journal.

• Salami slicing
Salami slicing involves the inappropriate splitting of the results of a study into several articles, often resulting from the desire to fill out an academic resume.

• Inappropriate authorship or attribution
All listed authors must have a significant scientific contribution to the research in the manuscript and must endorse all its claims. The role of all those who have had a significant scientific contribution to the preparation and writing of the article, including students and laboratory technicians, should be acknowledged.

• Plagiarism
o Plagiarism is the intentional use of other people’s ideas or other original material as if they were one’s own.
o Copying even one sentence from someone else’s manuscript or even one of your own that has previously been published, without proper citation, is considered plagiarism by this journal.
o Plagiarism is a serious violation of publication ethics and all articles under review or published are checked for plagiarism using the Samim Noor software.
o Authors are expected to check their articles for plagiarism before submitting them.
o If plagiarism is detected during the review process, the article will be rejected.
o If plagiarism is detected after publication, we (the journal) reserve the right to correct or retract the article if necessary.
o We reserve the right to inform the authors’ institutions about plagiarism that has been revealed before or after publication.
